Winter Meditation for Self-Love

  • During this meditation workshop, Susan will guide you to a deeper connection to your inner being.  Through this practice, you will be led to feel the pure and endless love within you. This love is available to you any time you need it.  It's always there.  You may just need to learn how to access it.

  • Through recognition and support of the physical body, increased awareness of the energy of your mind, and becoming aware of your strong ability for love and compassion, you can leave this workshop feeling more grounded, secure, and loved.  This is a love  not dependent on the feelings of others, but sourced from your own internal capacity.

Deepening Your Meditation Practice

Total Body Yoga

  • In this three week series, you will be guided to deepen your commitment and experience of your meditation practice. Through weekly mindfulness meditation, self-inquiry, and alternative meditation practices, you will strengthen your inner awareness and ability to be more present for your life. Must have taken a beginner meditation series or workshop with Susan or already have a practice to attend.
